Position: Blocker.

Why roller derby? I love sports! And haven't been active in any since H.S. So I thought "Hey! Why not?"

What's the origin of your derby name? I am sooo very easily distracted by bright lights and things that sparkle!!!

What inspires you? My family. They are the foundation of who we are and what we represent.

Injuries? No serious injuries YET.

What's your non-derby life like? I have a very active family. A non-stop little guy who is a mini me, an amazing supportive girlfriend, 2 adorable dogs, and awesome friends!

Advice for someone interested in derby? Do it! Derby life is amazing no other words to describe this group of women. They support you from the first time you put on wheels to when you are sick or need a babysitter! This whole experience has helped boost my self confidence in who I am. Why join roller derby?
