Why roller derby? Great way to relieve stress, get out aggression and become part of an amazing family.

What's the origin of your derby name? One of my Grand Raggidy sisters came up with it for me, said it fit my personality and how I come across to people - strong and intimidating. If you only knew. lol

What inspires you? I have so many quotes and poems that I love. "I Have A Dream" by Martin Luther King Jr, "Our Greatest Fear" by Marianne Williamson and "Phenomenal Woman" by Maya Angelou are 3 of my favorites.

Injuries? Major - 2 broken ribs and a torn MCL, the MCL is why I'm not playing right now. Minor - too many to count.

What wheels do you use? A variety depending on the floor we skate on, even as a ref I change out my wheels accordingly.

Do you serve on any KDD committees? I am the volunteer coordinator for all of the home bouts and I find the half time entertainment.

What's your non-derby life like? I'm a homebody and bookworm by nature, I am a full time Medical Assistant and I love to spend time with my kids and grand-kids.
